Seven Days To What??
Change. This is an idea I've been tossing around for a while. Can you really change yourself, your life and your views in seven days? Making one change at a time for seven days. Pick one thing...change one variable...and document it everyday for seven days. What would you change? Would you change your eating habits? Sleeping habits? Religion? I'm going to try them all. You guys can follow along. Give tips or ideas...and of course comments. Once a week I'm going to try and put up a video diary on youtube (which of course there will be a link to here). Will this be the greatest idea I've ever had? Or the biggest waist of time? We shall see.
